Randy R. Nyberg joined Bonded Services as an Area Supervisor in 1976. He was promoted to Operating Manager in 1978, Vice President in 1982, President in 1987, and became CEO/President in 1989. He has studied and applied service business protocol and systems management throughout his career and has grown Bonded's customer base to more than $4,000,000, operating in 3 states with more than 300 employees.

In addition to Bonded Services, he is a partner or investor in 5 other ventures. Mr. Nyberg is a member of Perry/Keystone Lodge #392 F&AM, Zem Zem Shriners, the Times Old Newsies and volunteers or contributes to several charities. He and his wife, Renee, have 2 grown children, Eric and Nicole and reside in Millcreek.

Vincent A. Pacifico
General Manager

Vincent A. Pacifico joined Bonded Services as General Manager in 2001. He was previously General Manager, Travelways Inc., Sharpsville, PA., Vice President of Blue Bird Coach Lines, Inc., Olean, NY. and Co-Owner of Get Away Travel and Tours, Erie, PA.

Mr. Pacifico is a member of the Sportsmen Athletic Club, Blessed Sacrament Ushers Society, and volunteers at several charities. Mr. Pacifico is certified through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Carpet Cleaning and Color Repair. He and his daughter, Elisha, reside in Millcreek.

Bryan B. Magee
Special Projects Manager

Bryan B. Magee joined Bonded Services Corporation as the Special Projects Manager in 2002. He is currently in charge of Walk Off Rental Mats, Window Cleaning, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration, Water Restoration, Specialty Cleaning and Post Construction Clean Up. He is also in charge of Sales for all divisions of Bonded Services.

Bryan B. Magee currently holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). These certifications include Fire Restoration (FRT), Water Restoration (WRT), and Applied Microbial Restoration Technician (AMRT), Applied Mold Remediation (AMR). He has also attended the National Comfort Institute's course The Proactive Approach To IAQ & Mold.

Gary Hubbard
Department Manager – Fire/Water Damage Construction Restoration

In 2003 Gary joined Bonded Services Corporation as the Construction Department Manager. His construction experience over the past 20 years ranges from new construction to remodeling and restoration in the Commercial as well as the Residential setting. In addition to his construction background he also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Lee University.

During his tenure at Bonded Services he has earned certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification program.

Eric R. Nyberg
Department Manager - Carpet, Upholstery, Drapery Cleaning

Eric R. Nyberg joined Bonded Services, full time, as an Assistant Manager in 2005. He was promoted to Department Manager of Carpet, Upholstery, Drapery Cleaning in late 2005 and currently resides in that position.

Eric graduated from Cathedral Preparatory School in 2001 and attended Penn State Behrend, where he studied Business Management and received a degree in Communications. During his time at Behrend, Eric was involved in many activities including TOPS soccer camp, where he taught children with disabilities how to play soccer. Eric was also a member of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity.

Nicole L. Nyberg
Corporate Quality Control Manager

Nicole L. Nyberg joined Bonded Services as the Corporate Quality Control Manager in 2006. She attended the Pennsylvania State University, with a focus in Operations and Information Systems Management and International Business. Prior to joining Bonded Services, Nicole was working in New York City and Washington D.C. as a Pharmaceutical Representative.

Leslie C. Link
Accountant/Office Manager

The office and accounting department is headed by Leslie C. Link with 13 years experience at Bonded Services in handling all functions of accounts payable, receivables and support for job costing. She attended Mercyhurst College, with additional coursework in cost and tax accounting, and computerized AccPac accounting system.

She is primarily concerned with the efficient manner of dealing with the various departments and in the coordination of customer orders, emphasizing the quality and accuracy of all billing.

Tracy Messmer
Payroll Supervisor/Secretary

Tracy Messmer joined Bonded Services as a Payroll Supervisor/Secretary in 2003. She graduated from Saegertown High School in June of 1992 and moved to Erie in 2000.

Tracy's job duties include payroll for over 300 employees, all human resource duties, scheduling customers, and accounts receivable calls.
